what would be the total cost in indian rupees.
any reply would be really appreciated
one more thing if one wants to buy a second hand car, what would be the cost

1. Unlikely that you would find a 300 square foot house, most bachelor apts. are larger than that. Look at MLS.ca for house prices in Calgary. Most listing have the property taxes listed as well.
2. For used cars check Autotrader.ca or Buy and Sell

'Houses' come here in various sizes [as everywhere around the globe], types, formats etc. They could be:
-Apartments [called 'flats' in other countries]
-Condominiums (in short 'Condo') [similar to 'Society' flats in other countries]
-Townhouses or Row Houses
-Detached
-Semi Detached etc.

When buying u'd also need to assess whether u need or look for:
-New Constructions -pricier
-Older properties -cheaper, but can/may need heavy or modest maintenance

Today, in Calgary a modest 2BR Condo [approx 950-1100 SqFt] may cost u $400K++ Canadian. NE quadrant is a bit cheaper, but usually undesired location. NW & SW are 'in demand' locations, thus pricier. Like Sr. Member PMM suggested, look-out those sites... U may also check:
