Proof that Application was sent

Hi there!

I submitted my Inland PR application together with an OWP application before my old Work Permit experied. I will be on implied status soon, which means for me that I can keep working for my current company.

My problem now is that my company wants proof that my application was submitted before my current WP expires/expired to be sure that I'm really on implied status and allowed to work (audit requirement).

Is there any way that I can receive a letter from CIC stating that they received my application?

Did you send you application with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation? Maybe this could be used as proof that it was submitted.

I would use the delivery confirmation and a copy of your receipt since it will take quite a while to show up on the website.

Yes I requested delivery confirmation and signature, but it doesn't say anywhere what I submitted and where. I don't think it would be enough in case of an audit and my company wants to be sure, before they give me a new contract.
