Proof of Work Experience: Reference Letter vs Experience Letter

Hi,
Apart from my current company, i have worked for two companies earlier. I only have the experience certificate from them while moved out to a different company. The experience certificate is only having the following information.

-- Experience Letter --
'This is to certify ABS worked for CompanyName in the period 1st Nov 2005 till 23rd Nov 2006 in capacities mentioned below.,

1. Software Engineer : 11/1/2005 to 6/2/2006
2. Sr. Software Engineer : 6/3/2006 to 11/23/2006

During his stay in org we found him hard working.

The above format is ok? As my previous companies are not providing any Reference letter now as it's almost 15 years before. Will the above experience certificate which are printed in company letter head is sufficient? Kindly advise.

A) No, not sufficient.
B) Irrelevant because this experience is more than 10 years old. It will not count.

So if I'm not able to get reference letter for companies which i have worked 12 years before, what are the options for me? Could you explain?

Do not include these jobs in your Express Entry profile. They are irrelevant.

I have received ITA with my express entry profile in which I have mentioned my exps as 15yrs. For last 12 years I'm with same company but for three years prior to that from 2005 till 2008 I'm not able to get reference letter. Excluding those experiences now after ITA will not create problem?

You can remove it post ITA. Just include a letter of explanation that says you removed it because it is older than 10 years and you didn’t get any points for it anyway.
