I am currently compiling documents for a permanent resident visa application under the family class, as the spouse of a Canadian citizen. I reside in a European country with my husband. However, this country is not my country of citizenship. As an EU national living in another EU country, I do not require a visa, but I am required to register with the local city hall. I have completed this registration.
I am unsure whether to upload this registration document (it's not a visa it's just a document saying that I am registered under the certain address). A proof of status is a required document for me because I do not live in the country of citizenship or should I just write a letter explaining my situation? Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what did you do? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
