Proof of sibling relationship - Incorrect Father's name in my sister's passport

Hi,

As part of documents that needs to be provided for Proof of Sibling relationship, I was planning to provide bio page copy of my and sister's passport.

But, the father's name in our passport does not match. My sister has it as Ram Pravesh Singh and I have it as Ram Pravesh. Same case is with birth certificate.

What are my options here. Please help.

Thanks for the reply. One more clarification, the notarized affadavit needs to be signed by my father or the primary applicant(myself)?

Thenone and same person affidavit will be for your father so he will sign it not you as he will be declaring on the affodavit all the names he is known by.
