You income tax forms, any legal documents that you may have that says separated.

My Canadian common-law partner sponsored me since i am married in the Philippines, I wrote a history of my separation with my husband and notarized it here in Alberta and because I have a kid I asked my husband for a custody letter. Me and my daughter are now one mo. permanent residence.

I only have my tax forms stating that i have been separated before we filed that we are common law partners. Aside from it do I need to attached any other forms?
