Proof of relatives

Hi All,

I read in Buffalo documents that they don't require to prove that your relative is living in Canada. However, when I search in this forum, many were asked to provide proofs that their relatives are living in Canada.

For example:

I applied in nov 2005 from CHC London and got AOR within 2month. In Jan 2009, they asked me to send following doc within 60 days.

-forms (IMM008/Background),
-proof that ur relative are still in canada
- English Test

Please advise me should I prove that?

It seem that's no longuer requested in fastrack nowaydays (like payslip too), but in my own application, I will send municipal tax receipt of my relative in canada... just in case .
