HI Quorax:

Thank you so much for your generosity. I'm a fan of your posts.
I hope you can also help me with my concerns.

1. I would like to know how to make a family tree showing relationship with my aunt in Canada.

2. I also would like to know what I'm going to do with my Aunt's docs, in her birth certificate her name is Rose, but all her documents from Canada is Rosa Rose. Really don't know what to do about this.

Thank you so much and God bless.

Somehow/somewhere show the common parentage & 'Rose' or 'Rosa-Rose' wouldn't matter.

what is the legal authority/Law or whatever we might say, to ask the PA for his Relative's TAX papers for submission to the VO? why do VO's ask for that ? I have not heard a single post in here that relative established anyone in Canada or helped to get a job. everyone has found jobs using their own efforts.

hi Captain... just a quick question..do post 26/6 candidates need to send"right of permanent residence fee" or RPRF with initial application or it should be sent with medical+rprf request..

Buddy, U have been harping that point since over a yr now... Move on!
Remember, u r in the receiving end... it's the CIC who calls the shots. Lump-it or be obliterated. It doesn't matter whether the relatives' assist in job hunt or whatever... the fact that u r asking for additional points [adaptability] for them - juxtaposes their requirement to be financially stable, to help u in your initial settlement. Period.

It's purely a personal choice till date.

Dear Captain...very important and complex question.. My sister wants to apply for FSW this year..On 30 august2011,she will have 3 years of exp. and then she will qualify for FSW1 by claiming 68 pts... but at this stage,as she dont have 3yrs exp.,she is short of 2 pts.... We are in dilemma that she will apply now or wait till 30 august..if she waits..there is a certain risk of being out of quota this year.. So I want to take decision from all of your comprehensive exp. on immig. matters...If she apply now, can she send updated exp. letter at later stage coz processing will start usually after 3-4 months...what do u suggest...Is it better to take risk or wait.... We are too tense..

Anticipating a quick reply..
Thanks...

I think she shouldn't apply now as they can fail her in initial assessment test. Better wait for 30 August 2011. Hopefully cap will not be full by that time. Can't she improve score in Ielts?

Qorax,

I got additional financial support of $32K from my home country ( father ) in addition to what I have shown as my self earned PoF. so I hope that will do.

btw, is there any official documentation where it has been explained/documented that why/how each factors will help landed PR's? i.e: relative's support.
