Hi,
My aunt is a citizen of canada, and I had declared that in my Express Entry profile, and my PR application. Her Canadian passport doesn't have her parents' names, but her cancelled Indian Passport does. Can I use a cancelled passport as proof of relationship?
Also, she is a housewife, so she doesn't have any utility bills/mortgage documents in her name. They are all in her husband's name. How do I prove she currently resides in Canada. Is her Canadian Passport sufficient?
She has given me black and white copies of her passports. Is black and white acceptable or it has to be colored?
If I am not able to provide sufficient proof should I change my declaration? Will that impact my PR application as I had declared that I have a relative in Canada in my Express Entry profile on the basis of which I got an ITA.
Thanks,
Aparna
