Proof of relationship for TRV application

My friend is applying for the TRV and I'm assisting with the application. (Thank you for the support in answering question previously.)

One of the required documents that be supplied with the application is Proof of Relationship. The suggested options they give are:

• a marriage certificate
• Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
• a birth certificate
• an official document naming you as a parent
• a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter's passport showing the inviter's parents, if applicable

She is just a friend. Not a relative or wife or any relation to me. How do I fulfill this requirement adequately?

The Purpose of Travel suggestions:
A scanned copy of:

• Your flight ticket departing Canada,
• Your travel itinerary (e.g. places you will visit or stay, such as hotel booking),
• Proof of a medical appointment.

I will create Word doc with the outlined days and activities for the time of her visit. It was suggested to me earlier that the flight ticket isn't necessary but they request it. Is it prudent to plan for a day for her travel and book a ticket in hopes the visa comes through for then?
