Hi.....I m having my aunt in canada and I m applying under FSW immigration......I hv got their documents copy via email.do I hv to get them attested by the notary in india ?...also in india person born before 1989 hv their class 10th certificate taken as birth certificate....will it be accepted by cio ?.....tell me pls...I m confused !

No, they need to see birth certificates from town or council.

School leaving certificate will not be accepted. CIO needs birth certificate with father and mother names included in it. If you can't get your birth certificate you can send an affidavit.
