Proof of lawful admission for L1 visa

After submission of documents to Buffalo ,office I received letter from them to provide eveidence that you have been lawfully admitted to USA for period of at least one year. They asked me to provide -
1. Current or expired entry/exit stamps in your national passport.
2. Current or expired status documents indicating the date you were admitted and the validity.
3. I-797 for L1 status

i am on L1 visa and staying in US for last 2 years .I have documents for point 1 and 3 above but for point 2-
My question is what is to provide for "Current or expired status documents indicating the date you were admitted and the validity." .
The thing is they have also mentioned I-94 in the list of documents send to me but there is no cross mark against it and there is cross againts the above 3 only . what should i do? shall i send the I-94 against point 3 as i don't have any other status document.

Just my thinking - why dont you try attaching any transfer letters issued by your company at the time of landing. Also you can get some letter from your employer mentioning the date you joined (if possible).
Do you have flight boarding passes? - i guess you may not!
May be some rental agreements at US to prove you have been living there.
may be some letter from bank which states you opened account on so and so date, and have been maintaining it from then.

all that i could think of! may be other seniors can add to list!

I got the exact same query two weeks back!

I totally agree with your confusion.

For the status I sent the I -94, even if they had not ticked it as the requirement. Since I do not had any other status document and it seems they have agreed on it since I got an AOR.
