Dear Sir..
i have applied with full documents in April-2010 and got In Process with RBVO in March-2011.

I had submitted POF with accounts of me and my Father... afterwards as i came to know that this is not acceptable i submitted new POF (without any demand from VO) with total POF in my account through E-mail (Scanned copy of bank statement) after 6 months of full document submission
... At this moment Pre-June applicants are under process .... ... WHAT DO U SUGGES MAY I SEND POF AGAIN AT THIS THIME? just to clarify that funds are in my account.

best wishes

Hi Qurox,

Need guidance..

I want to open an account with State Bank of India (it is the largest bank of India) and also has presence in Canada.

In case, if I carry Bank statement and Letter from the Branch Manager confirming the same. Can I use this as POF at the time of landing.

Do you mean that DD should be from Canadian bank??

BUT HDFC bank in india has arrangement with HSBC bank in Ontario which is written on the demand draft...is that OK?

Not 'from', but 'payable / drawn-in' against a Canadian Bank / Financial Institution.

that makes sense...then HDFC is ok
