Proof of Health Insurance Needed for Entry? Approved as Sponsor but waiting PR

when my partner is entering as a "Visitor" but with proof of approved Sponsor portion of the application, does she need to provide proof of Health Insurance to be allowed entry? Do they even ask for it?

From memory the last few times at the border this was not even a question, but makiing sure

It is not a requirement, and I have never heard of anyone being asked about it. The border agent might ask about funds for the trip, so if she has health insurance this could be one thing she could show.
