Proof of having brother in Canada

What are the proof needed to show that my brother Pr is a Canadian Pr? Will the following documents be sufficient:
1) Landing card
2) Pr Card
3) Bank Statement and Credit card statement
4) Phone bill
5) License

Can i claim points from having brother in Canada if he is currently not here eventhough he is a Pr?

Please advice.

That should be enough, but your brother must live in Canada.

Hi,

Yes all documents are sufficient to prof the Statute of your brother in Canada, but for relationship prof you can add the passport and birth certificate attested or notarized copies.

yes you can get the point, he should be in Canada to provide you the present bills copy and documents.

What if my brother is not physically in Canada but he has all the documents, will that be possible to claim points. He travel back and fort between Us and Canada.

These docs prove his residency in Canada.
Additional docs, like birth cert. & passport to prove the relationship (being ur brother).
