Proof of funds - What if bank denies to state "outstanding debts such as credit card debts/loan"

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue regarding "Proof of Funds" letter, where in the bank branch is denying to mention the info regarding :

• outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans

I am facing this with my Axis Bank branch, did anybody face this? Were you finally able to get the letter with all information as expected?
