Proof of Funds Query (Please Help)

I am creating my EE profile however, I see where I would be required to have funds of close to CAD$19000. I do not have that amount so do I need to wait until I do before submitting my profile or can I still go ahead and if I receive an ITA, I gather the funds within that 60 day period?

As per current trend, You will only get ITA if your CRS score is 455+. If you have this kind of score but funds are not ready then wait till you arrange your funds. If you are below 450, go ahead and create your profile no harm in that and arrange your funds in the meantime.

CIC requires funds to be in Primary applicant's account for 6months or else a person needs to submit various documents to prove that the funds are his own (and not a loan or borrowed) or they are a gift and are not required to be returned. But this needs to be done After ITA or if you apply for Provincial Nomination Programme (PNP) of various Canadian provinces.

Thanks for your response. My score is 467, so I guess I'll wait until I have the funds.
