Proof of funds - Please help

Hello, I have a question, Im from Argentina, at this moment we are facing a critical economic problem, we can not have money in the bank, also que can not buy dollars from the bank, we can buy them for other price to some other persons. I have to proof I have the fund to support my 4 members family. more than CA$20000. How can I prove it, beside the bank statement. Can I provide the value of my car? or can I go to the notary and show him that I have that money and he can write a certified letter?

Please help me!!

Hi, you'll need to get your money into a bank account and get your bank statement or time deposit certificate. Unfortunately, there's no shortcut around it.

at the initial stage of the application u can show the your land, house, stocks, pension fund etc. as POF. some IO accepts it, but at the later part, u'll have to show liquid money at POE.

I submitted bank certificate and it was accepted, what I want to know is would they steal request for another POF before MR and PP request, or would it only be requested at POE?

POF can be asked anytime throughout the process.
