current bank certification letter or evidence of saving balance or fixed deposit Bank statements, are needed to be attested ? or not ?

Whatever you send in ORIGINAL, needs not to be notarized.
However, in case you send photocopies, you must get them notarized.

Ya that's right, original certs don't need to be notarised/attested.
