I am gathering my documents for full application.

As proof of unencumbered 'proof of funds', I just have enough to cover the required amount for 2 persons, $13,486. I have a parcel of land and a car which I will provide proof of ownership.

Will the embassy still ask me how I would pay my Right of Permanent Resident Fee and airfare considering the cash I have is just enough to cover initial proof of funds? The RPR fee and airfare will be paid off by a relative of mine.

i haven't gotten to this stage yet, but i don't think they ask that. they only want to know how much can you take to canada to look after yourself while you look for job and whether this meets the minimum requirement.
