proof of funds for express entry PR - is it required even after receiving COPR?

Hi,

I have received my express entry COPR / Visa and plan to travel to Canada around May 2018 to finalize the PR status.


For my express entry PR application, I had provided proof of funds in my Bank account for CAD 12600. Now that I have received my COPR / Visa, do I need to continue maintaining the required funds? Will there be a need to provide another proof of funds at the time of my entry to Canada?

One can be asked for proof of funds at port of entry.

My understanding is that if you can't confirm the proof of funds when requested by CBSA, they can refuse to land you. What happens after that, I am uncertain of.
