Proof of Funds - Documents

Greetings to all,

Please guide me over the queries regarding 'Proof of Funds'. I have received the following documents from my bank:

1) Seven months bank statement - The first page of each statement period is stamped and printed on the bank's letterhead. It also includes their contact information EXCEPT for email address.

2) Certificate of balance - It is printed on the bank's letterhead but does not include any contact information. It does list account numbers and current balance of each account. It is stamped but missing out dates when each account was opened and average balance for the past 6 months.

My queries are:

a) Should I scan and upload the first page only of each statement period or all the 35 pages of bank statements?

b) Whether the missing contact and other information on Certificate of Balance is a matter of concern?

c) Is there anything else required for Proof of Funds section?
