Hello guys. Please I have a problem with our POF. My husband is the PA and he took 2millon loan as part of POF. I did not know who advised him but he divided the money to half and moved 1million to his other account in the same bank (he has two savings account in the same bank). We planned using a letter from the cooperative society as part of POF and then Gift deed from parents to balance up. We had initially agreed that he moved the 2m to his father to add to the other he promised us and use GIft deed but with this development, please what is the best way to go about it. Thank you
