For proof of fund , do I need to send at the time of registration or on arrival.

Also If I have to send at the time of logging application then for how long I have to keep in my account. for example , If processing take 2 years then do I need save in my account or can I use it.

Normally people use it, u do need to keep some amount in that account. Never zero it. They will ask for bank statements two times at least during process

Yes they need bank statement. U need to send only bank statement. First please go through cic website thoroughly your 99% queries will answered there. Rest u can ask here in forum. Or just study Qorax thread from start
