Proof of Employment and NOC code for Canadian Experience Class

Hi, I have Canadian Experience and make a profile for CEC. I worked at my previous employer from August 2020 to October 2022. For the date signed by the manager for the reference letter, will it matter if it will be dated later than the end date I work there or it must be the last day of work at that employer? My second question is, does it need that the job title and TEER code be NOC 2022 or Is the employment certificate that is NOC 2016 details still valid based on the last month and year of work for that employee before the implementation of the NOC 2022 on November 16, 2022? Thanks.
