Hi Guys,
From queries so far and other's experience, I have managed to accumulate few details for employment proof that I can provide.
Consider my scenario for proof of employment and suggest -
I will be able to arrange the following details from my employer:
1. A bonafide letter on company letterhead with my name, employee id, and designation:
To Whom It May Concern
This is to certify that XXX (emp id abc) is a bonafide employee of ABC. His designation is aaa.
This certificate is being issued on his request to enable him to apply for Visa.
For ABC
HR
Note : facsmile signature.
2. Email from HR saying that they are not authorized to provide roles and responsibilities and other details.
3. Letter from senior Associate with details - Experience, salary, working hours, current designation and roles and responsibilities. Plus the details of associate like his official Id, designation, contact no. and his company ID card photocopy.
4 I will be able to attach salary slips, compensation letter and joining letters etc.
Queries :
1. do I need any other document or the above documents will suffice?
2. I am worried as I will not have roles and responsibilities on company letterhead. has this worked for anyone?
3. is there any official contact details of CIC where I can email and ask them if this is sufficient for their satisfaction, just to be sure?
4. others have talked about cover letter explaining your situation - is there any sample cover letter? any template?
