proof of employement ( contract at the end )

My job contract ends by the end of January 2010..

I only started working in Canada on July 2009, so I don't have option c-printout. I do have an original letter from my employer stating the period of employment and salary.

I'm waiting for two final interviews that I had (it takes so long..) I hope very much to get a full-time job.. but I don't know yet..

Is it an issue that my current job contract is ending??
Does the sponsor have to have a job??

No, it doesn't matter at all. As long as you are not on welfare or in bankruptcy they don't care about the rest of your financials.
