Are all the pages in Proof of Contact (IMM5533E, Part B, 7a) be translated? If so, can I get any information on where can I find translators for Telugu to English in Hyderabad, India?

Really? I was about to translate my communication proofs (they are in spanish) but I was told not to, they need to be translated by an official translator

Only official documents (i.e. marriage certificate, birth certificates, PCCs etc.) need to be formally translated.

Can someone clarify this. I was quoted $200 CDN. If I could save that money and translate myself that would be wonderful.
