Promotion after ITA

Hi,

I just want to ask, I got a promotion from supervisor ( NOC B) to asst. manager ( noc 0) and I am taking anew celpip exam. My question is should I achieve the minimum for Noc 0 eventhough I got the promotion after ITA or minimum for NOC B would be fine?
