IELTS expiry doesn't matter once the file is locked, irrespective of how long the complete process takes before approval. There're required to be valid on the date of your AOR. Moreover, your medicals should expire on 3rd Feb, 2021. Any special reason they expire in a 6 months timeframe?

Yeah because this is my 2nd PR application.
1st application AOR was on 18 July 2019 then i was refused due to experience letter problem on the 05 November.
Medical was completed on the 05 July 2019 for the 1st application.
I did all the needful after the refusal and got the ITA in Jan 2020.
AOR was 18 Jan 2020.
Thats the reason why my medical will expires soon.
For this application, the medical was already passed on the 03 Feb and i was expecting an answer before but with the recent Covid-19 situation everything got delayed
