Programming OR Networking, which has more opprotunities in canada IT industry

I have 2 years experience in both pragramming(.NET) and Networking(CCNA).
I am planning to move to Canda in 1 year time.
I would like to know which among those 2 above has more and better job opportunities in Canada so that i can spend my 1 year visa processing time to get more knowledge and certifications in it.

Also i would like to know that is there way i can get a certification or any other so that Canada employers don't reject me for the reason that i don't have Canada experience?

Your question is so general and broad that it's difficult to give you an answer.
You need to look at provinces and their main industries and consider those.

As for certification, there are programs which help immigrants get canadian do through internships - this is something you could look into
