hello my name is alejandro and i would like to know if you know of any state in canada where you can immigrate without a job offer and/or any immigration consultant to canada that can create an asylum or refugee case from 0 without having a real case obviously because in my country almost nothing happens like chile for example.
I am a bank teller with a 3 month training course, is it useful in any state to arrive and immigrate? thanks.

What do you want to do immigrate or claim asylum? To be a refugee you must be outside your home country and be registered with UNHCR. They will decide where you are settled. To claim asylum, you need to be in Canada so you come to canada through a visitor visa and claim at an airport.

if you want to immigrate, you look at immigration programs like Express Entry. Immigration is base on your age, education, language and work epxerience. You’d don’t need a provincial job offer.

If you don't have a real asylum case then don't apply for asylum. You'll just end up being refused and kicked out of Canada - and then you'll have a lot of trouble comig back.

In terms of immigration programs that don't require a job offer, Express Entry doesn't require a job offer. Whether someone is selected is entirely based on points: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

And no, the 3 month training course won't help you as it relates to immigration. You won't get any points for that.
