Profile Submitted - Help required understanding whats next....

Hi Friends,

I have successfully submitted my profile yesterday......

I have a few questions regarding whats do I have to do next

- If I am traveling on a vacation do I inform the immigration officer and if yes what email id do I send the information

- Now that I have submitted the profile how long will each step take

- Does the immigration officer always ask for additional documentation
