Profile shows ineligible after transmit but Eligible in Come to Canada Tool

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for this forum, it helped resolving most of my queries.

My question is, my profile for express entry show eligible when i assess it using Come to Canada tool.
After the complete Assessment , i also receive the reference number for creating express entry profile.
But I receive message that its not Eligible after Transmitting it.

Below are my details:
Kindly help me out with if any mistake from my side while filling details creating Express Entry profile
