Profile ineligible with CRS 464 points!

Hello,
I just got a Profile ineligible yet when I checked with the CRS I have 464 points.
I had a communication with a legal consultant and he assured me I qualify for a number of options.
My issue is, when I check in the profile there is no points showing in the CRS.
Is this normal?
What could the issue be?

The dashboard shows nothing on points.

The message that comes from them says nothing about what exactly is not write with my profile.

If you are applying under FSW, CRS doesn't determines your eligibility. Six selection factor does.

From the link you shared, I seem to only have an issue with the Education Credential Assessment report - I have not had that done for my Studies. Let me visit the Canadian Embassy and see how that can be done in Uganda

Just gone through the details and my score is 71
21 for the language
25 for Education
13 for Work experience
12 for Age
0 for adaptability
0 for arranged employment

If you only have non Canadian degrees then you must have ECA before you can create a profile.

That is what I am missing... thanks for the help. Let me find out where I can get that done here.
