prof of available funds

Could anyone guide me plz . I got pr in Manitoba under pnp general stream and I going to Winnipeg first time .

so, Should i bring the prof of available funds($10,000) at the port of entry when i first arrive in Canada or don’t need those funds anymore and I can use them??
