Processing times

I did my exam on May 27 at the Montreal office (19/20), and during my interview (4 minutes) the official told me that everything was ok and that I would wait for the invitation of the ceremony , I asked how much long? and he told me for 4 months, but it's been almost 6 months and in total of my processes 12 months and 5 days. Anyone know if the real waiting times have increased?. I have called but they do not give more information (in process).

My case, I think, it is not very complicated, but I don't know if i am objective in my analysis.

Seems to be a lot of variation in how long it takes.

I was lucky - test taken in Mississauga (Toronto) on the 13th, received invitation to oath ceremony on the 15th with a ceremony date of 4th December. Unfortunately, I can't do the test on that date so have had to write to tell them and am wondering how long I will have to wait for a new date now! :/
