It seems like the CIC has delayed or removed ALL of the specific processing times around the world for ALL of the visa offices. Now, it just shows 17 MONTHS for all outland spousal sponsorship applications. What is going on? Has this got something to do with the influx of Syrian Refugees and the government's inability to deal with the proposed numbers without delaying the rest of the immigration applicants?
