Processing time...quick question...

According to the IRCC website, the processing time for PR card renewal is 66 days at the moment. But does anyone know if this from the day they receive the application, or if it is from the date they open the application?

Posted processing times are just estimates and can be wrong.do not count on the times posted. They are supposed to give you an approximate idea of what timeline to expect. Think most are waiting longer than 2 months.

You also applied by paper and not online which could take longer.
