pls could anyone tell me why there's a delay on the answer.. I send my documents and lmo last August 13, 2011.. According to royal mail they received it August 15, 2011.. Why till now no answer from them, it's been 15 weeks and 2 days now... What shall I do??? I need advice plssssss
