Processing time of the application made these days

Please let me know the average processing time for CEC applicants.
My applicaton was supposed to be submitted today but I 'm not sure if it reached to CIC because of system crash.

I've seen most of CEC applications were approved within 3 month.
I'm worried about slow process in December due to Christmas holiday.

Any priority process for the people who have Manager level job and higher score of English Exam

Most applications takes six months +/- 10 days. Doesn't matter if its manager's job or a cook's job.
Only inland PNP -EE apps seems to be processed in 3-4 months.
