Processing time for visitor visa at Chandigarh office?

Got the visa after exactly 1 month.

Application Date : 22 May
Visa Stamped on: 22 June
Passport Received : 24 June

Applied on 3rd jun'15 for my mothers visitor visa through Chandigarh VFS.....Still waiting for revert.
Anybody else waiting for so long....

Hello Everyone,
I am a new to this forum. I have few concerns with the TRV Canada.
My parents applied via papers for TRV at CHD VFS office on May 27, 2015. But no response from them yet. I saw few updates on this forum that people who applied on May 22nd, 26th and May 30 did receive the response from VFS. I don't know why they are delaying with my parents. When they applied at VFS person over there said it will take 3 to 4 weeks only.
Is it normal to take this much of time for processing?
What should I do now, Can I go ahead and email them as its been 45 days now?
Please help if anyone have any update to share.

Delay at Chandiagrh visa office

on 10 June. Documents were submitted on 12th. No response after that.
