processing time for skilled worker immigration

i had applied for skilled worker immigratioN (ON POINT STSTEM)in may,2005.i did general nursing & midwifery.mt IELTS score was 5 over all,but in reading i had taken 4 band. My total points is 69.i want to know how much time will take my case? & will any problem come to me due to my IELTS score? please tell me.
