Processing time for open work permit

I applied it online on may 8,2019,
Any idea how much time will it take to get a response?

Why does their website says it will take them 97 days to process it?

l applied via the new system during the refugee claimant process , where you just tick a box in schedule 12 if you want a work or study permit.
Medicals received my cic on the 29th March 2019
Approved 22nd May 2019

Not sure how long it will take to receive in the mail or get an email notification because l used the call center automated system to get the status.
