My wife got the email for herself and for the kids, i did not. for some reason i never got any email throughout the entire process. i check my status online and respond to requirements coming through regular mail, that's why i am little puzzled
I'm assuming that you're saying that you did not receive either mail or email (as your wife and your kids did), just your ecas status message. Right? If that's the case, did you check your junk or spam folder?
