Processing time after receiving biometric validity letter

Hi guys. I got my biometric validity letter today. Now how much time does it take to receive correspondence letter of approval and I am from nepal.

This online processing time portal sucks. As per the online processing, file may take about 13 days after bio-metrics . But we haven't heard anything from IRCC for my mother-in-laws file. Its been over 1 month and half.

Confirmation : 6th October 2019
Biometrics request : 06th October 2019
Vfs hyderabad : Biometric submitted on 10th October 2019
Passport request : Today 2:27 pm EST (17th October 2019. 14:27 EST )
Tomorrow if my brother have time means he will submit otherwise Monday he will submit. Already took 2 consent forms from vfs office to submit passport.
