processing time after medical

hi, how much time it may take to get the visit visa after the medical test?

My wife is a Canadian PR.(2009)
We got married after she got the PR.(2010)
We are now living in Dubai as residence.
Our baby was born in Dubai.(2011)
Now my wife wants to go back to Canada to apply for me.
And she wants to take our 8 months old baby with her.
We applied for TRV for the baby on 25-January-2012.
We received a letter with medical test form the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi on 09-February-2012 .
The extract from the letter---

"This refers to your application for a Canadian temporary residence visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

** Please clarify whether father will be relocating to Canada as well. This must be received at this office by:30/03/2012.

** fees of Temporary Resident Permit(730 Dhs/200 CAD) and original passport with cancelled UAE residence visa(as well copy of mother's cancelled UAE residence visa) one week before your planned departure date. This must be received at this office by:30/03/2012."

the medical for the baby was done on 12-February-2012.
Report sent to UK on 12-February-2012.
report received by UK on 13-February-2012.

my questions are:

1. how long it may take to get the Visa from the date of medical test?
2. will they send me another letter/notification for the passport?
3. When should i send the passport with cancelled Dubai visa?
4. How should i clarify about my relocation. should it be very descriptive?

I do not know how long it takes but keep in mind that the visa may be denied. Even visa for a baby can be denied if they believe the baby is not going to be staying temporarily.

I see from your other posts that you are planning for your wife to go first with the baby and for you to come later. If that is the case, you should say in your answer that the father will not be relocating at this point but will re-join the family at a later date. You do not want to cancel your UAE visa if they deny you a visa to Canada.
