Processing time after AOR to PR

I know this topic is discussed elaborately. However, I could not find the tread. I submitted my application package to CIC on March 3, 2017 under CEC and would like to know how long CIC will take to approve my application if there will be no additional documents required? What is the current processing time? I received submission acknowledgement letter to apply BOWP on March 3 itself.

for Express Entry - 6 months
For Paper Application - 16 months

Both average 6 months. The times are completely dependant on the application. It could be 2 months, it could be 18.
