Hi,

We want to process PR. My husband is in canada since last sep for office assignment. But according to the new rule, IT people cannot process PR. So what can be done in this case? Are there any other options which can be explored. Pls suggest.

WAIT TILL JULY 2011 ,I THINK THEY ARE GOING 2 ADD IT ON LIST .
MEENA
WHAT HE IS DOING THERE ?

He is on his assignment from India office. But are sure they are going to add in July, as they have removed it in last april 2010

Nothing is assured unless happens.

If your husband can get job offer from Canadian market, he becomes eligible to apply for PR immediately. Ask him to get benefit of situation and look around for job.

I didnt understand what u meant by canadian market? do u mean job offer from Canada based company?

If your husband is already in canada then there are so many ways to get PR. He should contect a good lawer over there and i am sure that the lawer will solve his issue.

get the offer there and apply PR - this is good way
