Processing delays for SDS complete application with biometrics -Abu Dhabi office

but if Student Travel ban has been lifted than the process should be prioritized. there is no time left now. Jan is on the head and we gotta minus the 14 days mandatory quarantine as well

Since the Winter session too got online so it won't make any difference to reach and register. One may can register online and start classes
 
Any one who got any updates after submitting complete SDS applications and university listed as having a Covid readiness plan

No update since Oct 18th.
complete SDS application submitted in Sept for Fall 2020 intake. Online classes. York University

Are you aware there is a world lpandemic and Canada stopped the vast majority of students from receiving their study permit approvals between 18 march and 20 October 2020? That is a period of 9 months and created over 100,000 outstanding applications.

IRCC are prioritizing complete applications from students heading to DLI covid ready institutions.

Guys don’t worry, people like me have waited for months already. My application is also complete, biometrics and medical exam not needed, university is approved . I might be the easiest applicant, but I have personally been waiting for over 4 months.

Hi, just wonder how long did they take to respond your web form?I sent webform ten days ago, but still no responses. I’m keeping emailing them.

Who is in this world is not aware of this. What i am trying to understand is why hasnt the review of eligibility not started yet and why do background checks take so long. Eligibility and background check could have been completed long before. Abudhabi office has no response at all.
